Smilefinance took £26.34 out of my account without me knowing I wish to reclaim this money as I am a pensioner. I did not take a loan from them but when I looked at my financial status I found they had taken it. Now they have left me without any money to live on I know it's only a small amount but I needed that money. I should get a bit of compensation for the trouble they have caused
