I'm not sure how I even got signed up for this service... I've never heard of them and have no idea what they do. They charged me $9.99 for December and then another $9.99 in January. That's when I first noticed the charges and called them to have the account canceled and the charges re-funded. As I was reviewing my bank statement in February, I saw that I was charged, yet again, another $9.99 charge and the previous charges had not been refunded. So I called them again and got transferred around for over an hour. All of the people I spoke with were rude and would speak over me, I couldn't even finish a sentence without be interrupted. They didn't care what I had to say, and said that they wouldn't transfer me to their manager/supervisor, and wouldn't give me a refund. So they canceled my account (again) for good and said that I will not be charged again... But we'll see. Then proceeded to tell me that the charges could not be re-funded and that's why they wouldn't let me speak to a manager/supervisor. Weird. It's not exactly that I'm upset about the thirty bucks, whatever, it's just the principle. What kind of business does this to people? Refuses to re-fund their money? Refuses to transfer them to a manager? Refuses to fess up to their mistakes? To take responsibility upon themselves for what they have done?
