I signed an employee Agreement with Insure Assist LTD on November 27. My duties were to 1. Recieve payments from customers in my area. 2. Create reports for each transaction. 3. Follow instructions from Supervisor.
Compensation: For these duties, I am to recieve 725 usd/week and 8% commissions on all funds handled.
The funds handled were fraudulent, causing damage to my reputation with my bank. The ripple affect for my businees has been irrepairable and Insure assests owes me 1 million USD in damages.
I will bring a cause of action against Insure Assist both here in the USA and UK if possible, complain to the insurance dpartment in both countries
I am not the first employee damaged and would like ti initate a class action suit for all damaged by Insure Assists neglect.
