I responded to an ad for Natural Cleanse/Lipo Slim in September. I requested only the free trial offer and did not commit to future shipments. The company billed my credit card without sending me any products and when I called to advise them of this siutation I was advised that my account would be credited. I called again to confirm cancellation of any future orders and was advised that a credit check would be mailed.
I have been told numerous times that they were going to send a refund check. When I call to check on the status of the refund, I always get the same response—there is a problem with the financial department but, they promise it will go out immediately.
Called today (02/25) and same story again.
