After posting the above message, we got contacted by Luis Schupbach, who said that he would make sure they provide improved service etc. We said we would be willing to give it one more shot, given that we had already invested so much time into trying to make this work. But we said that unless Email Blast USA met their commitments this time, we would terminate the contract and that they should refund the money paid. We also clarified to them that they have given it to us in writing that they would refund the money paid, if the service was unsatisfactory.
It is now 12 weeks since this happened, but so far we don’t have any real progress. Some emails have gone back and forth, but we still haven’t seen a sample test mail that we had asked for. I work US business hours and though I have called Luis several times, he has not returned my call or responded to the several emails I have sent him recently.
From this, I have concluded that this just won’t work out. So we are now demanding a full refund of the monies paid to Email Blast USA as advance, as the promised services have not been delivered and that they have been non responsive.
Since things have reached this stage, I would also like to clarify on the points mentioned above in their response, since they are mostly false.
1. We have never failed to respond to any attempts by Email Blast to contacts us, so that statement is completely false. We have call and other digital records to substantiate this.
2. Luis is never reachable during US business hours, while I am reachable almost any business day from 6 AM Eastern until 1 PM Eastern. And if you leave me a voicemail, I will call back within one business day. Always.
Anyone can call Luis on the Email Blast USA board number and validate for themselves whether my statement is true or not.
We are no longer interested in any negotiations around this and hope the Scambook platform can help us get our refund processed. We are also filing for other options we have for collection, if this fails.
