Ordered the 2 trial products on 29/12 but till today, I've not received the products & has been billed for the trial offer price $12.54 & $227.86. Have made many calls to this number given 1-888-478-0416 but kept receiving a recording. Please advise what I should do. After seeing the numerous complaints against the company, I'm very worried.
