It has been approximately 8 days since the purchase via PayPal and 8 plus emails requesting shipping information. I hope I'm being impatient but being ignored is a sign of FRAUD to me... I have filed a dispute with PayPal and the BBB... It's very simple, If you ~FASHION CITY SHOES~continue to ignore my emails I will come to a conclusion of FRAUD and request a FULL REFUND and take swift legal action in an attempt to rectify this matter.
