I purchased a pair of boots on Justfab a month ago. They were terrible, anything but fabulous. The plastic hurts your feet, they smell like a dollar store and were so cheap looking. You definitely get what you pay for. So I returned them and cancelled my account, but they still charged me a fee of $39.95 for the month PLUS a $5.95 'restocking' fee. After spending over one hour on hold listening to how they are always 'experiencing extremely high call volumes', I then spoke to a representative who I don't think has ever heard of customer service training, let alone had any. I'm considering the fees of over $45 a donation to the company to get some much needed staff/training/decent apparel. Its really too bad they have to trick people to make money.
