After trying a "trial offer" of a sample of their product in December, for which I paid only shipping and handling, I decided I was not interested in reordering the product so I logged into my account through their website and indicated that I did not wish to receive any further products.
After getting my most recent Visa bill, I've noted that they have charged my card for the amount of $139.95 for nothing. I tried logging into my "account" on their website, which has been closed without my doing. I apparently no longer have an account with them. I tried calling their customer service number and my options were to either dial the extension of the person I'm looking for or press hash to return to the main menu. I pressed hash and the line went dead. I tried this several times.
Not really sure where to go from here but I know I've been charged for something that I didn't order nor did I receive.
