Paid money for, free offer website, traffic, search engine submition etc. As soon as you pay your money you do not exist to them. They will not return emails at all bottom line they are criminals. But as always these guys never get caught. Aparently the are smarter than the cyber police. (of course) If we could do anything to stop them these scams would not exist, would they? Contacting paypal to see if they care that criminals are using there services. Doubt they will care at all. Long as the criminals pay up, they are all welcome I suspect.
