I spoke with a representative of this company since November. Her name is Lisa Chen. I ordered a trial order of 5 metric tons of scrap copper. Payments were made via bank wire in increments according to the contract (and progress of shipment). Balance paid upon receiving copy of BL (January 22).
A total of $30,050 was paid to this company.

16 hour drive to warehouse where shipment arrived:
