I had a pop up on my computer to say I had won a holiday. Ring tel no within 4 minutes. I stupidly did. Sales talk was unbelievable and I fell for it. Nearly died when I saw £525.27 had been taken from my credit card. For what? No details given. Yesterday, rang Action Fraud and was told I had been the victim of crime fraud. Sent letter enclosing all details, i.E. My cancellation emails etc. To my credit card company. Have tried all telephone numbers given to me by this company, no phone contact, just you can buy this number or the other, no ringing tone.
I, at 72 and disabled have been well and truly conned.in bits about the fact I could have have been so stupid at my age to be taken in. Have done all I can to get my money back within the 30day cooling period. All in the lap of the Gods.
