I sent an email to both stations but never received an answer. They both have been messing up their Closed Captioning for the past month. I don't watch either channel much but it is very difficult for the hearing impaired like me to "hear" what the actors are always saying as they raise and lower their voices and sometimes turn away from the camera. The Closed Captioning helps to make what is going on more understandable. But it doesn't help when the Closed Captioning is just garbled letters and symbols not actual words. I don't know who to contact at the stations. I did call my cable company and they told me that the Closed Captioning is handled by the stations not the cable company.
Thank you for any help you can render.
