I initialed two items on my contract that I said no to. I was scamed by Vince Kesh, Financial Manager and was overwhelmed with having to sign many documents and being a senior citizen. The items are: 1) Filling my tires with nitrogen $400.00, that I never requested and 2) Lifetime oil changes $250.00 that I had no intentions of using, since I live 50 miles round trip from the dealership. I have all my documentation and would send it to you upon request. When I got home I reviewed my contract and contacted Vince Kesh; he didn't want to resolve the issue.
