My husband placed an order for me, for a MK tote and the money was taken out immediately. He never received confirmation, never received the product and when we requested a refund Chen Betty (of CHINA) said, "It takes a long time" - funny... It didn't take more than a few HOURS to withdraw the money. I emailed her and told her I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau for unfair practices, and have not heard back.
