My complaint is much of the same as the others. Ordered the product on a trial basis. Said they would charge me $1 and some change for shipping. Midway through the on-line transaction, as another complaint stated, the process seemed to never end. I became concerned about the purchase and did not complete it. Suddenly, I'm charged shipping fees and then $92.13. I returned the products without even opeing the package. They have refused to reimburse me.
