Store advertised 14 KT Gold genuine diamond ear rings for 75% off. I purchased a set of 14KT gold, 1KT diamond earrings on 14 Feb 13. The studs faded and infected the owner’s ears 2 days after purchase. Owner had the earrings evaluated by credited jeweler who stated “they are not, genuine diamonds but most likely Chrystal”. And the owner believes that the bare metal is not 14KT gold but some sort of alloy setting or “costume jewelry”. Kmart has defrauded me and the general public. Kmart cannot be allowed to continue this sort of fraud through national/local advertising; and if in violation of the law pay the appropriate fine (s) Can you recommend an attorney?
