My name is craig traynor email (Personal Information Removed) i recently inquired about a loan but with no success i then find that my bank account with barclays was debited £39.00 and in addition an overdraft fee of £25.00 i have spoken with barclays and they informed my that as my loan application was unsuccessful with you i am intitled to a refund. Not once speaking with any of your staff was i9 infromed of any such fee. I demand that the monesy you debited my i account be put back im account immediately.
