My mom has had ADT system for yrs. And the one time she needed some URGENT HELP. They told her the sooner they could assist her was over a month out. I called ADT about my mom just having a stroke. And now is deaf DEAF! Her alarm has gone off 3 times. She cant hear it. And i'm next to call on the list. When i called Jan 25th i believe was the day. They said the sooner they can come out is Feb 27th! I've called now 3 times with urgency to this matter. And they say cant get us in any sooner! My mom and her family feels this is unacceptable/and unprofessional that some one cannot come sooner. What are we asking for is A STROBE LIGHT. To let her know something is array in the house. Or whatever they could help and assist her with concerning her DEAFNESS. And no even knowing her system has gone off. This to say the least has been very frustrating for me because i'm called late at night 2 times with false alarms... (which i'm thankful for was not serious) however. Its still very annoying that this could SHOULD BE A SIMPLE fix if ADT could act much sooner than they said. We, family is very disappointed in the customer service my mom has gotten!
