I ordered a Blackhawks jersey from the website www.blackhawksfanstores.com on 01/23. I expected shipment within 7-10 business days, still have not received item. I used the website's customer service email to write two emails (one on 2/2 and no response), the second email was on 2/7 again no response. I checked today the website and it says "your account has been suspended" and cannot even get to the website home page or any part of the site both on my iphone and my desktop computer.
