They put a fraudulent charge through on my bank account, I called the merchant for a credit, they said no problem it is cancelled and card will be credited, well no credit appeared so contacted my bank and they said my card had been compromised and I needed a new card issued and they credited the charge back to my account immediately. If you do find a charge on your account the best bet is to contact your card holder right away and they will handle it from there. I had no problem with it did it all over the online banking and was done in a matter of 2 minutes and had my money back.
