Ordered a Swarovski bracelet, waited 1 month only to be shipped something I did not order and was not on the website. They claim they will resend after their "specialists" review. Of course they state "Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal". Yes this is a goal but they have not accomplished this yet. I am out my money and no recourse. Beware of this company.
