Paid for a watch 1-26. Paid 312.31 recieved conformation and tracking Numbers. (order number 1159884.) They sent a yellow on yellow wrong watch. I returned it. Took 7 or 8 days i emailed them they said 4-5 days for disposition? Asked for refund they say another 7-10 days. Think i got ripped off. This is taking way to long. Just want my money back in a timely fashion. The customer care center is 1-866-961-8463. Always 25 people in line. Asked to talk to manager no respond, via e-mail.
