I was contacted by my Mortgage Company regarding refinance of our mortgage at a lower rate. We filled out the papers and days later received two letter from the above mentioned companies stated that our credit scores were less than maximum and contained information that was incorrect. Both my wife and I had incorrect information on the reports. It also stated that and i quote (amount owed on revolving accounts is too high) and on her account it stated (too many accounts with balances) we have no open accounts, we have no accounts that are revolving and are high. This information is absolutely false. I want to file a complaint regarding this misinformation that has been sent to our mortgage company. I saw 60 minutes tonight and they have an investigation regarding these companies that are putting out false information. I would appreciate your help with this matte
