I went to this car dealership with my granddaughter to advise her on a purchase of a new Kia. We spoke to a woman on the telephone and she assured us she would be our sales person. When we got there things changed. Eddie met us and took my granddaughter right to the credit information. We should have known better because she had no credit history. Meanwhile we were there because the woman on the phone assured us she was approved on at least one or more programs. After being left to sit for 20 minutes Eddie passed us on for another fellow to show us a few cars. But not the Soul we wanted. I kept asking for Eddie because he said he was one of the managers and the fellow we were with could not answer our questions. When we went back in Eddie put me on the spot and asked me to consign or sponsor a loan. Respectfully he could have pulled me aside, away from my granddaughter so I didn't feel pressured. I have 5 other grandchildren whom I never gave money or signed for any loans. I politely asked to take a day and speak with family to discuss the matter and he suddenly lost interest in us. I would have to say this experience was upsetting and distasteful in the least. I called twice to discuss my dissatisfaction and did not receive any calls. So for the record, if you aren't buying that day be prepared to be brushed off for someone else and be ready to be shuffled around.
