I bought 1 bottle online a month ago and did not authorize auto shipment. I looked at my bank statment today and there was a new charge. I phoned the company and they stated that "Oops! Because you ordered online you were automatically signed up for auto shipment" They will not reimburse me until I recieve the product ship it back then call them to get my money back. Scam!!! Fyi... The product made me sick, therefore no weight loss.
