Fail to preform service agreed to, remove the snow. Refuses to answer phone call regarding service. Received 4 inches of snow from Feb 7th thru Feb 8th. No service. Attempted to contact the company on Feb. 9th, to request service received out dated voice dated for the 8th. Of Feb. Stating the snow is wet and heavy as a result it's taking longer to service customs. I have been a customs of the company for two seasons. 2012 was only serviced once. 2013 only once. When it happened was Feb. 8
