I did a search on reviews on DVD Gator after my husband did not receive his order or any answers to his emails. I saw all of the complaints and figured we should add ours. We have contacted our credit card company and we are starting an investigation also. We will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I suggest everyone else do this also. Thanks for posting the complaints here so others are made aware. Appears the companies that are listed on the credit card bill are 'fronts' maybe? When I clicked on the website for the one that was listed on our bill, it went to another website to build a domain page. I really hope all of the money can be recovered and that we all learn a lesson and research websites before ordering from them.
