DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to pay the FULL PRICE. They tell you that you are only paying $1.95 in shipping charges for a 30 day free trial, but then charge you for the full installment package. When I called to complain, they kept telling me there was no trial offer, and that there was nothing they could do. At first they refused to issue a refund of any kind, since it was not their fault I was "misled." I was finally able to get a 50% refund, but the fact that this is happening in the first place is NOT OKAY. I don't yet know if the product works or not, but I will never do business with them again.
