I saw Mizulean's ad on internet. A free trial for Mizulean and Pura Cleanse. I sent for it, received the package 3 Feb. They give you 14 days and if you don't phone to cancel they automatically start sending you more pills. I phoned and said I needed to talk to my doctor. The representative (Melissa id 4061) said ok, that she would extend the trial period until 11 Feb. I read the label which said that Mizulean was not suitable for people with certain medical conditions. I phoned back on 4 Feb advising the product was not suitable for me. After listing to some advertising I was eventually given two RMA (return merchandise authorizations) by Matt id 4275. He gave instructions as to mailing address, the rma were to be on the outside of the package and inside, and the original invoice was to be inside. I did all this and mailed it the pills back on 4 Feb. I checked the tracking number on 7 Feb and noted that the package was refused and was being sent back to me. Right now I am waiting on the pone listening to some very nice music as "I will be connected with the next available operator" as I wait to ask what would cause them to refuse the package. Both previous phone calls had incredibly long wait times
