I committed to a trial version of this product but did not like the product. I have tried numerous times by email to cancel the orders but each month a new one arrives and it is credited to my credit card. I spoke to an operator last month and he assured me I wouldn't receive any more orders. I have it on my last two credit card statements but it has been going on alot longer. How do i just get them to stop billing me and sending me a product i dont like?
