I paid $4.95 each for a 15-day trial of Raspberry Ketone and for Colo Cleanse Pure. A full 30 day supply of each was sent and I was charged $89.99 for each on my next Visa statement. When I called, they claim that I had to cancel to order within 15 days to avoid paying the full amount. They agreed to a 75% credit of $134.96 and gave me the RDMA#. I was told that the next shipment was on the way so I cancelled my account and got the authorization numbers to return those to the company for credit. I have waited for the required 15 to 30 days to be credited but my bank informs me that none has been made. When I called their customer number today I was put on hold for 2.5 hours and never talked to a representative. I had expected a long wait, from previous experience, but not to be completely ignored.
