Through spam mail i did a survey which brough up cig3.com. I filled out the web form including my credit card number, but cancel after i discovered they did not have menthol cigarettes. I unchecked the accept box at the end of the form. And i never! Not once! Ordered any thing from them. Yet my credit card statement shows where they charged my visa card $14.95 October 9 and November 9. This company claim that they recieve their cigarettes from over seas, there fore they are able to sell them so cheap. When i viewed their selections i saw where they did not carry menthol cigarettes but this was after i gave them my visa number. This is how they have their system set up. They get your vital information first then they have your information even if you change your mind. I hope these people or caught and brought to justice. This is a very bad experience for me and i am seriously thinking about giving up shopping on the internet again period.
