Ordered 2 items online. Was billed on my credit card immediately (prior to shipment) for both. One item (for $2.97) arrived on time. When the $39.99 item (a hose sock) did not arrive, I called and was informed it was an item they no longer carried. I was told a credit to my card would be made in 6 to 8 weeks. I called at the 6 week, 8 week (twice) and 11 week mark. Each time I was told someone from the credit department would call me back and they never did. Each call also took over a half hour—they must have record keeping issues because it took them more than 15 minutes to locate my record EACH TIME. It is now 13 weeks and I want the cost of the item I never got plus the shipping refunded to me.
