We purchased a Mattress from Sleepys supposedly at 1/2 off, delivered end of August. Mattress created 2 valleys and a hump in the center. Called to file a complaint/service late December. Customer Service directed me to Mattress Marshalls took complaint, said will respond in 7-10 business days. Callled 1/6, they claimed someone called & left message on 1/2 (no call or message received) called 3 time after. The issue is still open, they offered a credit, still waiting to have someone inspect their defective mattress. Unprofessional and irresponsible business practices. Do not buy from sleepys. Shameful!!!
