My name is Lynette Dorsey and I Applied for a Loan with Pastor Caroline Williams I was told to send my Imformation and the amount I needed to Borrow from her The Loan was Approved according to her. Then she told me I needed to send $150.00 to put Insurance on the Money inorder for her to send it Directly to my Bank account from hers because shes sending it from a Foreing Country and thats her country laws. Once I did that I was suppose to receive the Loan the day first thing in the morning. When that day came she emailed me again to tell me that there was a delay in sending the Money now she tells me that I need to Purchase some kind of Certificate from her Country to send the Money to me but i had to send $210.00 to Purchase it from them. Sent that amount. All the Money I sent was sent to there Western Union So how can I get my Money Back or can they Track down the person who signed and picked the Money up from there Western Union
