I just got off the phone with one of the rep's for John Trader and they charged me the membership fee of $14.95 twice. 1st charge on 10/26/04 and the second charge on 11/02/04. According to them the membership is fee is good for 30 days, but they said something about a holiday so they went ahead and charged me the second membership fee.
After talking to the rep they said they would take my membership fee of 11/02/04 off but this would cancell all my membership fees and I wouldn't be able to order cigarettes from John Trader any longer. Ain't that a kick in the head after patonizing them with my us currency. I suppose in this case the customer is not right and the John Trader dictates policy and terms whether you like it or not. Well, so be it!
If I have to pay more for my cigarettes at the Indian Smoke Shop then I will just pay more for them and give them my business from now on. I just might try and place and order from John Trader again just for spite, to see if they will accept the order since they have threatened to black ball me from their site.
As they say Money Talks and BS walks, huh. I say "Black Ball" the John Trader sites and make no more purchase through them unless you want to get ripped off. Good Luck Everybody.
