I received a trial pkg. And had to request a return #RMA 218 8237. As I explained at that time that the 1st application burned the skin on my cheek, (I had a bad burn on that cheek when I was a child) so I returned the product as required within 2 wks. My Master Card was billed $71.47 on Dec. 30.2012. Since the sample product was returned I would request that my Credit Card be credited the above amount and any further charges and shipments be cancelled. Thank you. Violet McLean.
