Ordered quantity of salon equipment was given total with shipping charges. Waited, no call no shipment. JTE would not answer my calls. Had my brother phone them and finally they called. Said they misquoted the shipping costs and asked for additional $700 or they would return initial amount. Told them to return the funds. No funds have been returned and they will not take my calls.
