One particular owner had the audacity to post jobs in established platforms (ie JOB Street in Singapore) seeking for interested applicants/professionals wishing to be prop traders to join him - with absolutely no genuinne intention of hiring.instead he "duped" people into signing a contract to pay him an admin fee of $5K after attending his course - which is designed for failure from the start. The course uses materials; (1) ripped-off pdf versions of pages & books which one can download from website; (2) links to online webinars which you can get yourself (3) recorded videos, with no audio explanation, only captions that appear now & then making it difficult to read & understand what's going on. The month-long course consists of 2-hours conducted in the evenings, with haphazard agenda, supposedly appointed instructor (himself) not there most of the time instead two inexperienced trainers were installed to help out - however, they themselves are also in their trading and are also not very well versed with the concepts taught.
Follow the good old adage: If anything is too good to be true - DONT believe it.
I'm writing so that readers are aware when they are applying for jobs in JOB Street Singapore to be careful about who they are submitting their CVs to. A bit of due diligence like searching for the company's integrity and double checking their claims (no matter how glorious) will save you from serious damages.
