My complaint is similar to the rest I have been reading. Yes, the price was 169.00 to download the program but for 349.00 I would have a "life time protection". And I fell for it! Learned my lesson. I paid via credit card, the amount was taken from my bank on June 4. About two months ago, I have been getting weekly calls from this Indian-accent man, requesting the payment. Once I informed the payment was made and for him stop bothering me, the phone calls continue to this day. My caller ID never shows the same phone number, it is almost a non-exising number. How to stop this?
