They said the package send from Malaysia to Indonesia via they courrier: Eurologistics Delivery Limited (http://www.eurlogistservices.com ; tracking # A201ED1DC9).

According to this link: http://www.eurlogistservices.com/fdetails.php, the package was in Indonesia since January 23 but till this now, there is any news again.
I already often ask Muhammad farid Khan to send the copy AWB but he didn't do that at all, just promise only.
I already sent much email to the courrier Company to inform us his contact person in Indonesia who will lead package it so that I can prepare the payment of customs and excise tax but they didn't reply anything.
I can't contact the Courrier Company below this address: (I myself was not sure whether there are addresses and companies like this because could not be contacted at all)
