On 08/26 I paid to Sams towing 500 dollars for a 2000 toyota camry with a bab motor. The employee givi me a reciept and said they did not have the title and within a week they will have it. I lives 3 hours away. Ikept calling and they keep giving me stories. I sent an enclose certify mail with a return address and still no money. The vehicle ID # (Personal Information Removed).
