I received a call from Money Now Funding, 888-859-3090,
represented by Kelly Roth concerning an opportunity to invest
in buying leads from them concerning persons or bussiness
that needed money loans, they obtained their names from
banks that had being refused by the bank. Then we would
proceed to contact them through my LLC licenced website that they would provide to me. They would have my bussiness going in about 3 to 4 weeks. I received a call
from an Affiliate Marketing Group to establish the LLC
licence. But since I am 83 years of age I needed a co-signer,
nobody was willing to co-sign and that was the last time I had any contact with them. So far I have not received any
more communication from Money Now Funding.
A different company, Affinity Technologies, requested for
me to send them a copy of my credit card and ID to process
the charges to my credit cards, their address is
1212 West Camelback Rd., Phoenix AZ 85013
That is the only things they asked me to sign, making it
look like a contract, when supossedly it was to process
the charges. So far nothing, do I have a case against them?
