supposed to create a web site for me for the amount of $1,800 i made him two payment one for $300 via xoom and one for $400 via Paypal and then he suddenly disappeared never heard from him again despite my numerouse request for the money back or the job done and sice then am trying to file complaint against him in every possible way i can please help??
