Went to location and went through drive thru, started my order and they had me wait a moment, moment, moment turned into about 5-10 then my order got processed, once i got to window to pay, not only did girl "Jana" forget my drink but when she handled my cash then food, she did not wash her hands. I spoke to Customer Service and they said would be sending me out some free coupons, and that I could also go to location to get a full cash refund with receipt. Once i went to store manager "Hamilton" said he has been with company 6 years and never heard of the store location offering a refund. I told him i just got off the phone and they advised me to do this, i asked if he was calling me a liar, I then had to call back to customer service and speak to someone so they could speak to Hamilton and finally he issued my refund. I would like reimbursed for my time, gas, and inconvenience of having to go through this with this company.
