I had come across an ad of a 14 day trial offer at $ 4.95 of Purasilk and subsequently placed the order vide my credit card. I recd confirmation on 7th jan via mail that the order has been shipped and the same day my account was debited with $ 4.95. Till date, I have no news of the package. Am not able to contact them and understand that the phone no advised is only of the shipper.
Further after browsing on the complaints on purasilk on net, I have realised that i may have a bigger hit on my pocket as apparently, they deduct the actual price (around 70-80 usd) once the trial period is over! I do not want to be in such a situation and need to get this order cancelled and lose the $4.95 rather than having to pay 80usd later! Pls guide!
