I purchased a Certified Pre-owned vehicle February with a clean Car Fax.
Two years later (June) I wanted to trade in my vehicle while the mileage was low, only to discover two accidents on a Car Fax Report pulled by another Lexus dealer.
I then proceeded to get at least four written appraisals. The negative impact was a nightmare! I'm driving a tainted so to speak vehicle that no one is interested in.
Lexus Of Palm Beach has had ample time since June to try and resolve.
Two weeks ago an attorney friend of mine discovered a THIRD accident on my vehicle.
As recent as 1/28, I called Lexus Corporate as well as Lexus Of Palm Beach and made them aware of the situation again!..including the third accident that was recently discovered... They take no responsibility and are not doing anything to resolve the issue. Oh, by the way, they did offer to make one months car payment. LOL!!!
I am throwing good money after bad every month.
It is going to take several thousands out of my pocket to get out from behind the eight ball!!!
I paid a premium for the Lexus Brand and its turned out to be a total nightmare!
This is not the first I have heard of dishonest practices from this dealership.
