I bought a weekly Travelcard yesterday (Monday) morning to travel to work but somehow lost it during the day (I have a receipt).
I find it difficult to accept that London Midland will not replace it although they do for monthly travelcards. Why is this?
I can understand that once-upon-a-time weekly travelcards were cheap, but I work for a London based charity (The Alzheimers Society) and £146.50 is just too much for me to find again.
I can't see what the great admin cost might be for London Midland to just print off a replacement orange paper ticket.
I'm not asking for them to swallow any costs - I mean - I have paid for a weeks worth of train journeys.
