This has been going on for over a year by several people, saying I have won anywhere from 4.5 million to 18.5 million and that I had to pay the taxes and seal and I have received nothing. They put 80,000.00 in Western Union for me to pay off the bills that I have occurred because of this. I want to know if this is legal and if I have won something. They say they are with Mega Million.
